Außerdem sind Druckluftwerkzeuge auch in nasser Umgebung gefahrlos einsetzbar.
- Für Dauerbelastung unter härtesten Bedingungen gebaute DL-Werkzeuge brauchen ein Minimum an Pflege. Vorausgesetzt es wird saubere und trockene (kondensatfreie) Druckluft als Antriebsmedium verwendet. Wasserrückstände verursachen Korrosion und dadurch Schäden am Luftmotor und Bauteilen. Optimal ist eine durch Kältetrockner und Filter aufbereitete Druckluft.
Übrigens - Druckluft muss geölt werden! Die Verwendung von Wartungseinheiten, automatischen Ölern oder Inlineölern ist am einfachsten. Ratsam ist, zusätzlich vor und nach jedem Arbeitstag bzw. vor längeren Arbeitspausen einige Tropfen ELMAG Öleröl direkt in die Luftanschlussöffnung zu geben.
