Die Rolle von Aludesign innerhalb von SKYLOTEC ist in der Tat von zentraler Bedeutung für die gesamte Bandbreite dieser hochspezialisierten Fertigung: Verbindungselemente, Seilrollen, Aufstiegshilfen, Abseilgeräte werden hier mit einem extremen Fokus auf Sicherheit hergestellt. Alle unsere Verbindungselemente werden einzeln mit 12 kN getestet. Unser internes Labor führt mehr als 16.000 Zerstörungstests pro Jahr durch (1 vollständiger Test alle 6 Minuten). Since the acquisition of Aludesign and the CT brand by SKYLOTEC in 2021, there has been consistent investment in the forging plant in Cisano Bergamasco to become Europe's most successful manufacturer of hardware. Aludesign’s role within SKYLOTEC is indeed a central one for the entire range of this highly specialised manufacturing: connectors, pulleys, ascenders, descenders are produced here with an extreme attention to safety. All our connectors are individually tested at 12 kN. Our internal laboratory carries out more than 16.000 destruction tests per year (1 complete test every 6 minutes). FR INVESTIR DANS NOS CLIENTS. Depuis l'acquisition d'Aludesign et de la marque CT par SKYLOTEC en 2021, l'usine de forgeage de Cisano Bergamasco a fait l'objet d'investissements constants afin de devenir le fabricant de hardware le plus performant d'Europe. Le rôle d'Aludesign au sein de groupe SKYLOTEC est en effet central pour toute la gamme de cette fabrication hautement spécialisée : connec4 teurs, poulies, ascenseurs, descendeurs sont produits ici avec une attention extrême à la sécurité. Tous nos connecteurs sont testés individuellement à 12 kN. Notre laboratoire interne effectue plus de 16.000 tests de destruction par an (1 test complet toutes les 6 minutes). Il ruolo di Aludesign all'interno di SKYLOTEC è infatti centrale per l'intera gamma di questa produzione altamente specializzata: connettori, carrucole, bloccanti, discensori sono prodotti qui con un'estrema attenzione alla sicurezza.
