SERVICE LIFE DE Benutzungsdauer allgemein Die Benutzungsdauer von persönlicher Schutzausrüstung gegen Absturz (PSAgA) ist stark von den Einsatzbedingungen abhängig. Aus Chemiefasern hergestellte Gurte und Seile unterliegen auch ohne Beanspruchung einer gewissen Alterung, bspw. durch ultraviolette Strahlung sowie durch klimatische und andere Umwelteinflüsse. Zusätzlich können sich die Weichmacher in den textilen Materialien der PSAgA mit der Zeit verflüchtigen, was auch ohne Nutzung der Ausrüstung zu Versprödung führen kann. Hierdurch entstehen teilweise nicht sichtbare Schäden am Material sowie Verlust der Festigkeit. Die DGUV 112-198 empfiehlt daher, Seile nach spätestens 4 bis 6 Jahren und Gurte nach 6 bis 8 Jahren auszutauschen, wobei jedoch die Hinweise des Herstellers in der Gebrauchsanleitung zu beachten sind. Für praktisch alle Produkte gilt, dass bei sehr intensiver Nutzung die maximale Gebrauchsdauer in der Regel nicht erreicht wird. Benutzungsdauer bei SKYLOTEC Produkten Da SKYLOTEC Produkte aus hochwertigsten Materialien gefertigt sind, kann unter normalen Einsatzbedingungen von einer über den Empfehlungen der DGUV 112-198 liegenden maximalen Benutzungsdauer ausgegangen werden. Im Zuge der PSA-Verordnung werden SKYLOTEC Produkte mit neuen maximalen Lebensdauern gekennzeichnet. Alle SKYLOTEC Produkte ab Produktionsdatum Januar 2018 können bis zu einer maximalen Lebensdauer von 10 Jahren, einige Produktgruppen sogar darüber hinaus, verwendet werden (siehe Abbildung). EN General service life The service life of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) depends to a large extent on the conditions of use. Harnesses and ropes made of chemical fibres are subject to a certain ageing effect even if not put under any stress, e.g. from ultraviolet light or from climatic or other environmental influences. In addition, the softening agents in textile materials used in PPE can volatilize over time, which can lead to the equipment becoming brittle even when it is not being used. This can cause damage to the material, which may not be visible, and loss of resistance. The DGUV 112-198 statutes therefore recommend that ropes and cables are replaced every 4-6 years and harnesses every 6-8 years, although the manufacturer‘s instructions in the user handbook should also be observed in this respect. Almost all products that are used very intensively will not reach their maximum service life. Service life of SKYLOTEC products Due to the fact that SKYLOTEC products are made of the highest quality materials, under normal usage conditions a maximum service life that exceeds the recommendations of the DGUV 112-198 regulation can be assumed. As required 8 by the new PPE regulation, SKYLOTEC products will be labelled with the maximum service life. All SKYLOTEC products produced from January 2018 onwards can be used for a maximum of 10 years, some of them even longer (see figure). FR Durée d‘utilisation, généralités La durée d‘utilisation de l‘équipement de protection individuelle antichute (EPI) dépend en grande partie des conditions d‘utilisation. Même sans sollicitation, les fibres chimiques des harnais et des cordes sont soumises à un certain vieillissement, par exemple en raison du rayonnement ultraviolet ou des influences climatiques et environnementales. En outre, les assouplissants des matériaux textiles d’EPI peuvent se volatiliser, ce qui peut provoquer un effritement, même lorsque le matériel n‘est pas utilisé. Il s‘ensuit des dommages partiellement invisibles au niveau du matériau, ainsi qu‘une perte de résistance. Le principe DGUV 112-198 recommande donc de changer les cordes au plus tard tous les quatre à six ans et les harnais tous les six à huit ans. Les instructions d‘utilisation du fabricant doivent toutefois être prises en compte. Pour la quasi-totalité des produits Durée d‘utilisation des produits SKYLOTEC Les produits SKYLOTEC sont fabriqués à partir de matériaux de grande qualité. Dans des conditions d‘utilisation normales, leur durée d‘utilisation maximale dépasse donc les recommandations de la réglementation DGUV 112-198. A la suite de la réglementation sur les EPI, les produits SKYLOTEC sont désormais caractérisés par de nouvelles durées de vie maximales. Tous les produits SKYLOTEC à partir de la date de production, janvier 2018, peuvent être utilisés pendant une durée de vie maximale de 10 ans, certains groupes de produits même au-delà (voir illustration). ES La vida útil La vida útil de un equipo de protección individual (EPI) anticaída depende mucho de las condiciones de uso. Las correas y las cuerdas fabricadas con fibras químicas también sufren cierto envejecimiento aún sin utilizarse, por ejemplo a causa de los rayos ultravioletas y de otras influencias ambientales, como por ejemplo la climatología. Además, los plastificantes de los materiales textiles del EPI anticaída también pierden propiedades con el paso del tiempo, algo que puede provocar fragilidad en el equipo aunque no se utilice. Esto provoca que el material sufra un deterioro invisible y que pierda resistencia. Por este motivo, el DGUV 112-198 recomienda sustituir las cuerdas como muy tarde cada 4-6 años y las correas cada 6-8 años (también deben observarse las indicaciones contenidas en las instrucciones de uso del fabricante). Prácticamente para todos los productos puede afirmarse el hecho de que utilizarlos poco no garantiza que vayan a alcanzar su vida útil máxima. Vida útil de los productos SKYLOTEC Los productos SKYLOTEC están fabricados con los mejores materiales por lo que, en condiciones normales de uso, parten de una máxima vida útil, mayor que la recomendada por la DGUV 112-198. En el marco del reglamento EPI, los productos SKYLOTEC estarán marcados con una nueva vida útil máxima. TTodos los productos SKYLOTEC producidos a partir de enero 2018 tienen una vida útil de máximo 10 años, algunos grupos de productos hasta mas que eso (vea la gráfica). IT Durata di impiego in generale La durata di impiego dei dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) anticaduta è fortemente influenzata dalle condizioni di utilizzo. Le imbracature e le funi realizzate in fibre sintetiche sono soggette a una certa usura anche se non sottoposte a sollecitazioni, ad es. a causa dei raggi ultravioletti e di altri influssi climatici e ambientali. Inoltre con il tempo, i plastificanti contenuti nei materiali tessili dei DPI anticaduta possono volatizzarsi, rendendo le attrezzature più fragili anche se non vengono utilizzate. A volte ciò causa danneggiamenti non visibili nei materiali come pure una riduzione della resistenza. La DGUV 112-198 consiglia quindi di sostituite le imbracature al più tardi dopo 4/6 anni e le funi dopo 6/8 anni, sempre nel rispetto delle indicazioni del produttore contenute nelle istruzioni per l‘uso. Praticamente per tutti i prodotti si riscontra che, in caso di utilizzo molto intenso, essi solitamente non raggiungono la durata massima di impiego. Durata di impiego dei prodotti SKYLOTEC Poiché i prodotti SKYLOTEC sono realizzati con materiali di ottima qualità, in condizioni di impiego normali, si può prevedere una durata di impiego massima superiore rispetto a quanto consigliato dalla DGUV 112-198. Nell‘ambito della ordinanza PSA, i prodotti SKYLOTEC saranno etichettati con nuove durate massime. Tutti i prodotti SKYLOTEC aventi data di produzione Gennaio 2018 possono essere utilizzati per una vita utile massima di 10 anni; per alcuni prodotti vale una vita utile maggiore (si veda figura).
