At the same time, machining of aluminium presents a number of challenges: Conventional cross cuts can become clogged very quickly, especially on soft aluminium alloys. Unlike conventional cross cuts, burrs with the ALU cut feature a material-optimized tooth geometry. In combination with the high-quality HC-NFE coating, they prevent the formation of built-up edges and tool clogging.
