Baureihe variobloc Ein Membrantrockner dient zur effizienten Entfernung von Wasserdampf aus der Druckluft und trägt somit wesentlich zur Erhöhung der Prozesssicherheit bei. Den hohen Anforderungen an die Druckluftqualität werden mit dem Membrantrockner mit höchster Zuverlässigkeit entsprochen (garantierte Trocknung). Geringer Druckverlust. Wartungsfrei, da ohne Verschleißteile. Keine elektrische Energie und keine umweltbelastenden Trocknungsmittel notwendig. Kein Kondensatanfall, da dieses mit dem Trocknungsstrom in die Atmosphäre „gespült“ wird. Einfache Kombination mit variobloc-Filtern. Für die Funktion und Lebensdauer der Membrantrockner ist unbedingt vorgefilterte Druckluft notwendig. Wir empfehlen als Vorfilter das Modell 482 und den Mikrofilter Modell 491. In zwei Baugrößen für unterschiedliche Trocknungsgrade erhältlich: Leistungsbereiche mit Nenndurchfluss von 54 l/min – 217 l/min ( BG 20, 30) bzw. von 326 l/min – 798 l/min (BG 40, 50). Bei Drucktaupunktabsenkung um 20 K. Einsatzbereiche: Kfz-, Metall- u. Holzhandwerk sowie Industrie (z. B. Lackierereien, industrielle nutzungsbedingte Trocknung, Instrumentenluft, pneumatische Steuerungen, medizinische Luft, Analysegeräte, Druckluft Schaltschränke usw.).
