The SUPERTRONIC 2 SE thread cutting machine is a complete pipe pre-processing and post-processing machine. Effortless and convenient transport thanks to the lightweight, mobile work cart, which also serves as a work table (optional). An automatic cutting head type BSPT R (with integrated oil supply) is included in the scope of delivery. Fast and reliable thread cutting, cutting to length, nipple cutting, deburring and roll grooving. Very maintenance-friendly machine design.
Area of application
For creating pipe threads according to BSPT right, according to EN 10226 on steel pipes of the EN 10255 MH standard. Thread cutting range is from R 1/2” to R 2”. The area of application can be optionally expanded with additional thread cutting heads. This means that metric or other pipe threads can be created, among other things.
Universal cutting head holder (automatic). Robust and durable oil pump with adjustable flow rate. Precise guidance of the slide thanks to the tool slide guided on both sides. Fast axial alignment of the pipe thanks to the centering and clamping chuck. No slipping of the pipe thanks to the impact chuck. Internal deburrer for low-noise installation.
