The SUPERTRONIC 2SE is an electric thread cutter with a working range of 1/2-2 inches. The thread cutting machine cuts BSPT R threads. With its smooth-running impact chuck, it offers maximum clamping force and prevents the pipe from slipping. The centering chuck on the back enables quick axial alignment of the pipe. The work spindle is equipped with ball bearings closed on both sides, which ensures low-wear and precise guidance. The tool guide carriage is guided on both sides and driven by a turnstile. The modular system design enables a standard cutting head holder. A robust oil pump with a high delivery capacity and adjustable delivery rate ensures optimal lubrication and cooling. The large plastic chip collection tray is easy to clean. The SUPERTRONIC 2SE also has a snap-in internal deburrer with three cutting edges for burr-free work.
The SUPERTRONIC 2 SE thread cutting machine is a complete pipe pre-processing and post-processing machine. Effortless and convenient transport thanks to the lightweight, mobile work cart, which also serves as a work table (optional). An automatic cutting head type BSPT R (with integrated oil supply) is included in the scope of delivery. Fast and reliable thread cutting, cutting to length, nipple cutting, deburring and roll grooving. Very maintenance-friendly machine design.
Area of application
For creating pipe threads according to BSPT right, in accordance with EN 10226 on steel pipes to the EN 10255 MH standard. Thread cutting range is from R 1/2 to R 2”. The area of application can be optionally expanded with additional thread cutting heads. This means that metric or other special pipe threads can be created, among other things.
