The compact press jaw set with the SV contour in nominal widths of 15-18-22-28 mm is ideal for pressing metal fittings in accordance with the system. An extended service life of the press jaw and precise pressing is achieved through the special, partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. This results in minimized wear within the press contour and a doubling of the press cycles compared to the previous model. The quality of the press jaw over its entire service life is perfected by the optimized corrosion protection. With the integration of a 3-bolt synchronous mechanism, opening the press jaw in daily use is easy (one-finger operation). The ROTHENBERGER press jaws are suitable for all press machines with a thrust force of 19KN thanks to the use of heavy-duty special steel.
