The U-contour press ring with a nominal width of 32 mm has been designed and developed for press applications on plastic piping systems. With this press ring design, users are ideally equipped to press fittings in complex assembly situations in a system-compliant manner. Thanks to ROTHENBERGER DURA LAZR TEC® technology - an innovative, partial laser hardening process - precise and safe pressing is ensured while at the same time increasing the service life. This also results in minimized wear and a doubling of the press cycles compared to untreated press tools. In addition, long-term corrosion protection supports the resistance of the press jaws. Due to the use of a heavy-duty special steel, ROTHENBERGER press rings are suitable for all commercially available press machines with a constant, axial thrust force of 19 kN or 32 kN.
