The high-quality M contour press rings have been designed and developed by ROTHENBERGER specifically for pressing applications on metallic piping systems. With this press ring design, users are ideally equipped to press fittings in complex assembly situations in a system-compliant manner. Thanks to ROTHENBERGER DURA LAZR TEC® technology - an innovative, partial laser hardening process - precise and safe pressing is ensured while at the same time increasing the service life. This also results in minimized wear and a doubling of the pressing cycles compared to untreated pressing tools. In addition, long-term corrosion protection supports the resistance of the pressing rings/jaws. Due to the use of a heavy-duty special steel, ROTHENBERGER pressing rings are suitable for all commercially available pressing machines with a constant, axial thrust force of 19 kN or 32 kN.
