The high-quality CB-MP press rings have been designed and developed by ROTHENBERGER specifically for press applications in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology. With this press ring design, users are ideally equipped to press fittings*) for piping systems within refrigeration systems and heat pumps with a maximum operating pressure of 48 bar in accordance with the system. Thanks to ROTHENBERGER DURA LAZR TEC® technology - an innovative, partial laser hardening process - precise and safe pressing is possible while at the same time increasing the service life. The result is minimized wear and a doubling of the press cycles compared to the previous model. In addition, long-term corrosion protection supports the durability of the press jaws. By using a heavy-duty special steel, the press rings are suitable for all press machines with an axial thrust of 19 kN or 32 kN.
