The DX HIGH SPEED Plus diamond core bit with 1.1/4 inch UNC thread is suitable for wet and dry drilling. With a maximum usable length of 430 mm, the diamond core bit can produce holes with a diameter of 142 mm. The use of the entire diamond segment, without loss through the neutral zones, is achieved by a cold welding process based on the latest connection technology, called Space Welding. The core bit is characterized by improved drilling behavior and at the same time optimal water cooling through PRISMACUT. The precise concentricity reduces wear and the core bit cuts very well for a safe start in freehand operation.
Installers, service technicians or electricians can use the hand-held or stationary core drilling system and the Speed Star DX diamond core bit to quickly and easily drill holes in reinforced concrete (wet), masonry or sand-lime brick (both dry) up to a depth of 430 mm without extension.

For drilling in reinforced concrete, masonry and sand-lime brick with a diameter of 142 mm, holes with a usable length of 430 mm with a 1.1/4” UNC thread connection (standard).
