Oiler ‘SYNTESI’, BG 2, G 1/2, p1 max. = 13 bar, T = -10 ... 50 °CPneumatic oilers are the simplest solution for transporting oil to the actuators of a circuit. When the compressed air flows through the lubricator, it hits a movable diaphragm that partially blocks the path, creating a small pressure difference between the inlet and outlet sides. The oil is now conveyed to the adjusting throttle with the help of the higher pressure. The oil quantity can be precisely metered as the drops can be observed in the transparent oiler dome. The oil may only be filled via the filler hole when depressurised. There is a connection at the front and rear (G 1/8 for size 1 and G 1/4 for size 2), which can be used as a pressure switch or as an additional tap.
