Housing and frame are made of sturdy galvanised sheet steel with additional weather-resistant polyester stove enamelling and internal sound insulation. Large removable panelling elements. Technical description:
The air inlet is via the evaporator with protection against external influences by a plastic grille. High-performance heat exchanger, manufactured as an evaporator from refrigerator-quality copper pipe with pressed-on aluminium fins. L-shaped with multiple injection to increase performance. Smooth-running speed-controlled axial fan with a plastic impeller, statically and dynamically balanced with horizontal contact protection grille. Weather-protected drive motor, maintenance-free and equipped with thermal overload protection. Suction gas-cooled, DC rotary piston compressor, speed-controlled via inverter. The use of neodymium magnets has increased torque and minimised friction losses. Pulse-width modulation for optimum sinusoidal characteristics. Mounted on vibration dampers for low vibration and quiet running, with high efficiency, motor protection against overcurrent and thermal overload, equipped with sound insulation as standard.

The inverter technology enables high efficiency at low outside temperatures. Protected against liquid hammer on the suction side by a generously dimensioned liquid separator. Safety chain consisting of overheating protection and overcurrent protection. All functions are monitored and controlled by a microprocessor. Microprocessor-controlled on-demand defrosting by means of a circuit reversal ensures low defrosting cycles.

Refrigeration circuit with R 410 A refrigerant with filter, receiver, 4-way changeover valve. Service/filling connections with lockable valves. Electronic expansion valve for pressure and noise reduction installed in the outdoor unit. The refrigeration circuit is pressure-tested, leak-tested, dried, evacuated and filled with refrigerating machine oil. Refrigeration circuit pre-filled for a maximum single pipe length of 10 metres. The maximum permissible pipe length is 50 metres.
