Ceiling air unit for heating high and low rooms in recirculation mode.

The unit has been designed so that all necessary media connections can be installed out of sight in the false ceiling area. The appliance is characterised by its ease of servicing and simple, uncomplicated installation. The PWL ceiling air unit consists of a high-quality plastic housing (colour similar to RAL 9010). The plastic housing complies with fire class V-0, the material is self-extinguishing in the event of fire. The internal load-bearing structure is made of galvanised sheet steel. The plastic housing can be completely removed from the load-bearing structure using the quick-release fasteners. An integrated safety strap prevents the bonnet from falling down.

The heat exchanger is designed as a copper aluminium circular heating battery. Mechanically welded copper tubes with profiled aluminium fins ensure optimum heat transfer. The 1’ connections with internal pipe thread are located in the non-visible area. Flow temperature max. 90°C Operating pressure up to max. 16 bar.

The axial fan is driven by a 2-speed, low-maintenance external fan motor (insulation class F). The motor is protected by thermal contacts. The high-performance crescent impeller, together with the inlet nozzle, ensures low-noise operation for both directions of rotation. An automatic condensate pump can easily be retrofitted to the PWL - H (heating only) ceiling-mounted air handling units to drain off the condensate produced during cooling operation. Individually adjustable louvres in the upper and lower sections of the appliance enable optimum air distribution.

The appliances comply with the relevant EU regulations and are CE-marked in accordance with the applicable directives.
