Chiller with heat pump function in compact design for outdoor installation in noise-reduced design, ready for connection, air-cooled. Weather-resistant base frame with removable cladding panels made of powder-coated sheet steel, colour similar to RAL 9018. Separate condenser and sound-insulated compressor compartment. Horizontal air inlet via large-area high-performance condenser (cooling mode) in straight design made of refrigeration copper pipe with form-fit aluminium fins. Vertical air outlet via particularly slow-running, flow-optimised, statically and dynamically balanced axial fan(s) with protective cage. Standard operating limits in cooling mode between +45°C and +5°C, range can be extended to -15°C 6) with winter pressure control accessory. Standard operating limits in heating mode between -10°C and +20°C. Four fully hermetic, vibration-damped scroll compressors with refrigerating machine oil filling, optimally controlled according to the operating times. Two refrigerant circuits made of refrigeration copper pipe, hermetically sealed and pressure-tested at the factory, dried and filled with R 410 A safety refrigerant. Control option via Schrader valve. High and low pressure monitors, pressure transmitters on the high and low pressure side, filter dryer and thermostatic expansion valve with external pressure equalisation. Integrated four-way reversing valve for switching between cooling and heating mode. Evaporator as refrigerant-water heat exchanger in brazed plate design made of stainless steel, vapour diffusion-tight insulation, return temperature range from +18°C to +10°C in cooling mode and from +45°C to +20°C in heating mode. Insulated medium circuit for water-glycol mixtures made of steel pipe with filling and draining connection, manual vent valve and differential pressure switch for monitoring the volume flow. Medium connections in imperial Vitaulic design.

Control box with terminal strip for mains supply, potential-free input for external release, potential-free output for collective fault signal and connection of a cable remote control. Fully wired and tested main and control circuit with phase sequence relay, circuit breaker, fuses, contactors for main and control circuits and transformers fitted as standard. Automatic restart after power failure.

Easily accessible microprocessor controller with RS485 and USB interface for independent monitoring and control of all operating functions, protected from environmental influences and based on Linux. User-friendly display of all control parameters and coded fault messages within a value and parameter display, e.g. medium inlet and outlet temperatures, operating pressures in the refrigeration circuit. Function display of the operating modes, fan, compressors, circulation pump and collective fault. Operation of the device using six operating buttons. Three password-protected parameter areas available.
Regional regulations and ordinances or environmental protection laws, e.g. WHG, must be taken into account when planning and installing the appliances.

Available as accessories:
Cable remote control, vibration damper, condenser protection grille, crankcase heater, winter pressure control, frost protection heating medium, heat recovery. Technical unit transfer for optimum adjustment of the chiller on the system.
The units comply with the relevant EU regulations and are CE-marked in accordance with the applicable directives.
