Chiller in compact design for outdoor installation, ready for connection, air-cooled.
Weather-resistant base frame with removable cladding panels made of powder-coated steel, colour similar to RAL 9018. Condenser and sound-insulated compressor compartment separated from each other. Air inlet via large-area high-performance condenser in corner design made of refrigeration copper pipe with form-fit aluminium fins and condenser protection grille. Air outlet via aerodynamically optimised, statically and dynamically balanced axial fans with protective cage. Modern EC fans and integrated fan control to reduce operating costs and optimise the fan speed to the respective ambient conditions. Infinitely variable speed control through thermal low-noise fan control for particularly low noise emissions. Standard operating limits between +45°C and +15°C, range extension down to -15°C 6) possible.
1 fully hermetic, vibration-damped scroll compressor, with refrigerating machine oil filling. Refrigerant circuit made of refrigeration copper pipe, hermetically sealed and pressure-tested at the factory, dried and filled with R410A safety refrigerant. Control option via Schrader valve. High and low pressure switches, filter dryer and thermostatic expansion valve with external pressure equalisation. Evaporator as refrigerant-water heat exchanger in brazed plate design made of stainless steel, vapour diffusion-tight insulation, return temperature range from +22 °C to +9 °C. Optional insulated medium circuit with diaphragm expansion vessel, pressure relief valve, manual air vent valve, differential pressure switch for monitoring the volume flow and circulation pump in various pressure stages. Medium connections in solid design with imperial internal thread. Internal switch box with terminal strip for mains supply, contact for external release, potential-free contact for collective fault signalling and connection of a cable remote control. Fully wired and tested main and control circuit with phase sequence relay and contactors. Circuit breaker, load contactor, transformer, control fuses fitted as standard. Automatic restart after power failure. Easily accessible and user-friendly microprocessor controller with optional Modbus protocol for controlling all operating functions. User-dependent input of the return temperature can be changed without a password. Clear value display of medium inlet and outlet temperature as well as function display of fan, compressor, required maintenance interval and elementary faults, e.g. high/low and differential pressure. Coded fault messages and display of all operating-relevant control parameters accessible with password protection.
Compliance with all requirements of the Ecodesign Directive (EU) 2016/2281 (LOT 21) thanks to optimised heat exchanger surfaces, use of high-efficiency components and optimisation of the system parameters relevant to operation.
