Smooth, low-noise centrifugal fan with three-stage adjustable, electronically controlled and thermally protected EC drive motor, statically and dynamically balanced. Virtually infinitely variable speed control in the range of approx. 20...100% possible for user-specific customisation. The virtually maintenance-free EC motors with permanent magnets enable significantly better efficiency and more constant medium and room temperatures compared to three-stage AC motors, especially in the low speed range. When operated via IR remote control, manual preselection or automatic adjustment of five speeds is possible. When operated via an external controller, three speeds are possible and when operated via a 0...5VDC, alternatively 0...10VDC, control signal, a stepless speed range is possible. This allows the generated power and sound emission to be optimally adapted to the current requirement.

360° air discharge parallel to the room ceiling utilises the Coanda effect for uniform room air conditioning and the creation of increased thermal comfort and avoidance of draughts.
Air cooler as single circular heat exchanger in Cu/Al design made of seamlessly drawn copper pipe with form-fit aluminium fins for cold or hot water or water/glycol mixture up to max. 70°C. Tightness tested at the factory. Brass pipe connections in imperial design with vent and drain valves on the side of the appliance.
Insulated plastic condensate tray and internal condensate pump with a max. delivery head of 1000mmWS from the lower edge of the appliance. Condensate connection on the side of the unit inside the false ceiling with standard tray of the valve assembly for condensate drainage via the pump.
Connection option for cooling and heating an adjoining room as well as fresh air supply with on-site ducts on the side of the unit inside the false ceiling.
Electrical control box with connection terminals on the side of the unit inside the false ceiling with a power supply of 230V/1~/50Hz, fully wired at the factory in accordance with applicable standards and directives. Terminals and control board with switch blocks for configuration and later functional customisation of the device to a wide range of application requirements.
Inputs for fan control signals 0..5/10V, enable contact for activating or deactivating device operation, selection of the control voltage of external controls, terminals for setting up an internal network and connector strip for connecting a wired remote control (accessory). Potential-free outputs for ‘Heating’ and ‘Cooling’ operating modes, ‘Heating’ and ‘Cooling’ request for activating the valve assembly, as well as a collective fault signalling contact.
As standard, external, on-site controls with three fan stages, external controls with infinitely variable speed control by 0...5 or 0...10VDC or the standard infrared remote control can be used by configuring accordingly.
Operation with external, three-stage control
The fan of the device can be controlled with on-site controls and an operating voltage of 24 or 230VAC in the ‘High’, ‘Medium’ and ‘Low’ stages.
Operation with controls with infinitely variable speed adjustment
With appropriate configuration, the fan can be operated with on-site controls and an optional control voltage of 0...5VDC or 0...10VDC in the speed range of approx. 20...100%.
Operation with IR remote control included in the scope of delivery
The device is operated with a five-stage fan speed in the stages ‘Turbo’, ‘High’, ‘Medium’, ‘Low’ and ‘Silent’ via a handy IR remote control with display. Manual selection of the operating modes ‘Ventilation’, ‘Cooling’, ‘Heating’, ‘Dehumidification’, ‘Timer’, ‘Night boost’ and ‘Automatic’. Fan speed can be preselected manually, automatic speed adjustment to the cooling requirement in automatic mode. Manual operation possible without infrared remote control, with fixed operating states. Restart after power failure. An internal network can be set up with one master device (master) and up to 31 slave devices of different sizes.
The medium volume flow can be controlled by an optional two- or three-way valve assembly with a choice of 24/230VAC control voltage or 0...5/10VDC on the device.
