The verified platform scale is conformity assessed for the largest possible geographical zone around the planned installation site of the scale. This conformity assessment for accuracy class M III replaces the first verification. It is carried out for the location specified by the customer. The compact, calibrated platform scale is powder-coated and therefore well suited for use in harsh conditions. A special feature is the removable, 36 cm high backrest made of 2 mm thick sheet steel, which facilitates the weighing and filling of sacks and other tippable goods. The calibrated platform scale has a usable platform area of 30 x 36 cm with the backrest fitted, without the backrest the usable area increases to 30 x 40 cm. Thanks to the stand, the calibrated platform scale can be conveniently operated both when used on the floor and on a table. However, this stand can be removed thanks to screw and plug connections, so that the calibrated platform scale can also be used without a stand. The cable length between the display and the weighing plate is approx. 1.5 metres. The tilt angle of the display can be adjusted using the display holder so that it can be easily adapted to different working positions and viewing angles. The high-contrast inverted display has a digit height of 28 mm, allowing the calibrated platform scale to be read from a greater distance. A transparent protective cover protects the plastic display from soiling. The verified platform scale is equipped with an internal lead-acid battery, but can also be operated via the external 7.8 volt mains adapter. In battery mode, an operating time of up to 25 hours can be achieved, which can be significantly extended by using the battery saver function. The calibrated platform scale has a bidirectional USB-B interface with which weighing values can be transferred directly to a printer or computer.
