The Aquaristik pH meter with monitor is a precision measuring device specially designed for permanent and at the same time simple monitoring of the pH value. The measuring range of the aquaristic pH meter covers pH values from 0.00 to 14.00. The compact measuring device can be mounted on the wall in just a few steps. On the underside of the aquaristic pH meter there is a BNC connection in addition to a power supply socket for the voltage supply. Various pH electrodes can be connected to the aquaristic pH meter via the BNC connection. The connected electrode must then only be immersed in the water of the aquarium for measurement. Within seconds, the illuminated LC display of the aquaristic pH meter shows the measurement results.

The manufacturer has specially developed the Aquaristik pH meter with an illuminated display to ensure continuous monitoring of the pH value of the aquarium water even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The Aquaristik pH meter is supplied already factory-adjusted, but can be subsequently calibrated at pH 4, pH 7 and pH 10 at any time if required. The meter automatically recognizes the buffer solution and calibrates itself in this way. Regular recalibration of the aquaristic pH meter is important to ensure the highest possible accuracy. Recalibration should ideally be performed at regular intervals or after changing a pH electrode. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the electrode of the aquaristic pH meter with a pH-neutral liquid after each measurement to ensure permanently precise measurements. The pH electrode must be kept moist to provide accurate measurement results over a long period of time. The correct storage solution is available from PCE Instruments. PH electrodes can drift over time, this can cause measurement errors if necessary. To ensure long-term accuracy, the aquaristic pH meter should be calibrated regularly with the calibration solution available from PCE Instruments (pH 4.01 and pH 7.01).
