PCE Hydraulic force transducer PCE-HFG 10K-E100

A hydraulic force transducer is based on the principle that the force acting on the plunger is measured hydraulically. The hydraulic pressure generated is displayed by the hydraulic force transducer on a scale in Newtons. With the integrated drag indicator, our hydraulic force transducer can display the respective maximum measured value.

Another special feature of the hydraulic force transducer is the 27 mm ring opening. With this ring opening, the hydraulic force transducer can be used to take measurements on guide rails, shafts and also bolts from a hydraulic press, for example. The hydraulic force transducer can be converted from a ring force measuring device to a compression punch force measuring device in a matter of seconds using the insertable punch adapter. This means that the hydraulic force transducer can be used flexibly.

A hydraulic force transducer can be used wherever forces need to be measured. A hydraulic force transducer is therefore ideal for maintenance measurements and adjustment work on industrial machines, for example.
