PCE Flow meter for fixed installation PCE-UFM 65PVC

Our flow meter for fixed installation enables the measurement of flow velocity from 0.03 to 5 m/s. The flow meter can be used for measurements on PVC pipes with a diameter between 72 and 80 mm. The flow meter for fixed installation in the PCE-UFM-PVC series uses ultrasonic transit time measurement to determine velocity and flow volume. The flow meter has a separate external mounting device for easy installation without having to touch the liquid medium or stop production. Special coupling pads ensure that this ultrasonic clamp-on system can also be used without contact gel.

The flow meter for fixed installation is equipped with a 360° rotatable display that can be set in four directions (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°). The LCD colour display shows the flow rate, date, time, signal quality, network connection status, instantaneous speed and cumulative flow, among other things. The flow unit can be selected between m³, l and Gal.

The flow meter for fixed installation uses Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) for power supply and Ethernet communication to store data in the cloud. This allows users to access, manage and analyse their measurement data at any time and from any location via mobile devices or computers without interrupting production processes. In water and wastewater management, drinking water treatment or in industry, flow meters are used in processes where water is used as a coolant, cleaning agent or component of production processes. They help to optimise water consumption and control the process flow.
