PCE differential pressure gauge PCE-P01

The differential pressure gauge PCE-P01 is a manometer for simple, fast and precise pressure measurement of air and non-explosive gases. Thanks to its design, the differential pressure gauge is suitable for use in the measuring range from -140 to +140 mbar and by means of special software for complete display of the measurement results.

The differential pressure gauge from PCE Instruments measures differential pressure as well as relative pressure and can be switched to different units. Eleven pressure measurement units can be set: in H 2 O, psi, mbar, kPa, inHg, mmHg, ozin², ftH 2 O, cmH 2 O, kgcm² or bar. With a resolution of 0.1 mbar, the differential pressure gauge achieves an accuracy of 0.3%. The differential pressure gauge comes with four silicone connection hoses, each 30 centimeters long, that can be attached to the gauge. Thus, the manufacturer enables the user to use the differential pressure gauge immediately. Many practical functions make the handy, mobile pressure gauge versatile and usable everywhere. The large, illuminated display of the differential pressure gauge enables optimum reading of the measurement results. The backlight can be switched on or off as required. In this way, the user can quickly see all data even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The dual LCD display also allows direct comparison of minimum, maximum and average values with the current measurement results. So that the last measurement results can be read again, the differential pressure gauge from PCE Instruments has a practical data hold function.

A battery symbol allows the user to keep an eye on the battery status of the differential pressure gauge at all times. To save battery power, the manufacturer has equipped the gauge with an auto power-off function. When not in use, the differential pressure gauge automatically switches off after a short time. However, this function can be switched off if required. To ensure that the gauge can also be used for long-term measurements, it is specially equipped with a power supply unit. Zero point adjustment is also possible with the differential pressure gauge. This allows the device to be zeroed against the atmosphere, for example, and also enables measurement with offset values. The supplied software with USB cable makes simple, complete documentation of data possible. Pressure fluctuations, for example, can be transferred to the computer every second thanks to the included software and can be displayed in tabular and graphical form. Accessories
As an accessory to the differential pressure gauge, PCE Instruments offers the PVC hose for pressure gauges. With a length of two meters and an inner diameter of 3.5 millimeters, the hose can be individually cut to fit personal needs. PCE Instruments offers as a manufacturer in addition to the differential pressure gauge the ISO calibration certificate for the PCE-P series for compliance with DIN ISO 9000. Calibration certificates are issued especially for customers, the annual recalibration can also be done by PCE Instruments.

Software
The included software incl. USB cable allows you to document your measuring tasks completely. For this purpose the differential pressure gauge offers the possibility of ”Real-Time” recording. Connect the differential pressure gauge via USB to the computer and start the storage of the measured values with the time interval of your choice. You can then calculate average values directly in the software or export the stored data to Microsoft Excel. The English language software is easy and intuitive to use even by people without English language skills.
