The eMONSTER 8 A rapid charger offers an impressively compact and functional design, which ensures optimal charging conditions. With an impressive charging current of 8 A, it is perfectly suited for all rechargeable batteries of the eMONSTER series. Especially rechargeable batteries with a larger capacity benefit from this higher charging current, as it allows the rechargeable battery to be charged much faster.
The LED display on the charger shows the various states of charge of the rechargeable battery. The intelligent system protocol of the eMONSTER family ensures an effective and gentle rapid charging function by networking the tool, rechargeable battery and charger. By continuously monitoring these components, various protective functions such as overload protection, overvoltage or Undervoltage protection, temperature monitoring or emergency shutdown can be activated in the event of a possible fault. Defective or exhaustively discharged rechargeable batteries are detected immediately, something which significantly increases operational safety.
The robust plastic housing of the charger offers convincing performance even in demanding working environments. In addition, an integrated fan ensures efficient cooling of the rechargeable battery and charger. The ventilation inlets and outlets of the rechargeable battery and charger are lined up flush with one another during charging, thereby improving cooling performance through active air cooling.
To meet individual needs, the charger can be used either standing on a flat surface or wall-mounted. For effortless wall mounting, the dimension for the drilling distance (in mm) of the bracket is already marked on the charger. This allows for easy and precise installation.
