HAZET Universal clamping plate - 4903 4903-3
doneScope of application: FAHRWERK > Federspanner/Stoßdämpfer
Product data
Product description
- More safety - thanks to load-free assembly!
- Universally applicable for almost all spring/shock absorber legs
- Load-free disassembly/assembly with completely relieved damper
Innovative mounting and assembly concept
- Swivelling into horizontal or vertical working position
HAZET recommendation ergonomic working height: Adjust vertically, operate horizontally - Damage to dampers and head plates excluded
(no possibility of overloading) - Simple, lockable and fixable strut mount
High safety
- Completely safe mounting of the head plates
- Damage to the thread of the piston rod excluded
- Permanent fixing of the spring during the entire work process
Investment security - use of existing components SYSTEM 4900
- Existing basic units 4900- 2 A and all System 4900 clamping plates can be used
- Future applications are assured
Documentation capability through scaling
- Significant time savings in the event of repetition
- Fixed fixing eliminates the need for readjustment with the same spring strut (left/right)
4 steps to success:
1. Fix strut on clamping plate using gripper and brakes
2. Grip spring with universal clamping plate
3. Operate tensioner with reversible ratchet, cordless screwdriver or pneumatic ratchet screwdriver
4. Remove the shock absorber without load and fit a new one
(then reverse the order)
- Made in Germany
- Universal clamping plate, adjustable, incl. safety adapter
- Net weight (kg): 18.1 kg
- More safety – thanks to load-free assembly.
- Universal clamping plate – adjustable.
- Universally applicable for almost all spring/shock absorber legs.
- Load-free disassembly/assembly with the damper completely unloaded. Innovative mounting and assembly concept.
- Can be swiveled into a horizontal or vertical working position – HAZET recommendation for ergonomic working height: set vertically, operate horizontally.
- Damage to dampers and head plates excluded – (no possibility of overloading).
- Simple, lockable and fixable spring strut mount. High level of safety.
- Consistently secure mounting of the head plates.
- Thread damage to the piston rod excluded.
- Permanent fixation of the spring during the entire work process. Investment security – use of existing SYSTEM 4900 components.
- Existing basic devices 4900-2A and all clamping plates of the 4900 system can be used.
- Use of future applications ensured. Documentation capability through scaling.
- Significant time savings in the event of repetition.
- Firm fixation means that readjustment is not necessary for the same spring strut (left / right). 4 steps to success: - 1. Fix the spring strut on the clamping plate using grippers and brakes - 2. Grip the spring with the universal clamping plate - 3. Operate the clamp with a reversible ratchet, cordless screwdriver or pneumatic ratchet screwdriver - 4. Remove the damper without load and install the new one - (then in reverse order).
