Application:- Controlled screw tightening in the most common range of 20 - 400 N-m / 15 - 300 lbf-ft (standard value screws M7-10.9 to M20-6.9)- Adjustable, releasing and robust tubular torque spanner with rectangular holder for industry and trades:- Classified according to DIN EN ISO 6789:2003 Type II Class A, with a traceable works certificate. Calibrated to a permissible deviation of +/- 3 % and better. The standard specification (+/- 4 %) is exceeded for your safety.- For controlled clockwise and anti-clockwise tightening- Robust, painted tubular steel construction, with galvanised rectangular holder (9x12 mm or 14x18 mm) and high-quality plastic parts- Ergonomically shaped plastic handle with calibration aid- Switching between vernier main scale N-m and secondary scale lbf-ft, to avoid reading errors when setting the desired torque. - With micrometre scale for N-m main scale for setting intermediate scale values- Snap-off system generates a tactile and audible release signal- Ergonomic system for torque adjustment with information symbol- Quick adjustment option using an offset screwdriver, not included in the scope of delivery- Secured adjustment adjustment system- Factory calibration gauge: 17.5 mm (9x12 mm) or 25 mm (14x18 mm). 25 mm (14x18 mm)- Operation only with insertion tools with standardised gauges - otherwise the value may shift- Depending on the tool used, it is possible to work either forwards (e.g. open-end spanner) or sideways (e.g. reversible ratchet and socket spanner insert)
