With its unique configuration, the ”NFZ MODULO 820” assembly trolley offers the ideal mobile workstation for fast, organised and efficient repair work. Contents / area of application: - Various drive parts required to drive the tool sets, e.g. hydraulic cylinder 28 t - KL-0040-2800, adapter for hydraulic cylinders, suitable pull/pressure spindles (M20 + M24) with pressure nut (M24) and quick-release nut (M20). Various hand tools such as a 3/4 socket spanner set with reversible ratchet, cross handle, extensions (200 + 400 mm) and hexagon sockets (22, 24, 27, 30, 32, 36, 38, 41, 46 mm) as well as a ring spanner set XL extra long (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 27, 30, 32, 36, 41 mm), screwdriver bit 3/4 (hexagon socket: 14 mm) and a 1.5 kg locksmith’s hammer. - Wheel hub puller set - KL-1005-100 A for removing stuck wheel hubs (with removable hub caps), e.g. on BPW, SAF and ZF axle systems with a bolt circle diameter of 8x275 mm and 10x335 mm. - Wheel hub puller compact bearing - KL-1005-110 for removing seized wheel hubs (with removable hub cap), e.g. on axle systems with a bolt circle diameter of 10x120, 10x122, 10x143, 10x165, 10x168, 10x225, 12x144, 12x145, 12x164, 12x168, 14x138, 14x144. - Press frame 28 tonnes - KL-1039-111 for pressing out and pressing in a wide variety of bushes, bearings or bolts directly on the vehicle, e.g. on extension arms, tippers, skip handlers, lift arms, hook lift systems, chassis parts and many more. Ball joint extractor set (with 6 forks) - KL-0165-3 A for loosening ball joint connections, e.g. on axle and steering systems. - Release tool for track rod end - KL-0169-82 for unscrewing and screwing in stiff track rod ends, e.g. for track adjustment work and when replacing the track rod end. - Various sets from the KL-1010-.. Silent bearing pulling device series for removing and installing slotted and closed silent bearings (ø60 + 65 mm) directly on the vehicle, e.g. on leaf springs and bearing blocks. - Wheel hub lifting tool - KL-1029-300 for lifting heavy wheel hubs without the assistance of a second person, using a workshop crane.
