Heavy-duty floor drill / pillar drill with drive combination of V-belt and gear drive. Spindle speeds, infinitely variable with 3-stage gearbox: Stage I 30-230 rpm, Stage II 90-730 rpm, Stage III 190-1500 rpm. Spindle feed is automatic electromagnetic: 0.1-0.2-0.3-0.4 mm/revolution. Including lighting and large rotary and swivelling table as well as automatic tool ejector. Gear lubrication is also automatic thanks to the integrated oil pump. The precise mechanical drilling depth adjustment enables maximum precision, while the machined base plate with T-slots and coolant device grips the workpiece securely. A push button controls the feed rate on the handle cross and the infinitely variable speed adjustment is frequency-controlled via potentiometer and 3-speed gearbox for easy step changes. Machine comes with thread cutting device. The motor protection switch with U-trip, the emergency stop button and the drilling protection with electrical fuse serve to ensure the safety of man and machine.
