Heavy-duty drill/milling machine (2-in-1 drill + milling machine) with automatic mechanical spindle feed. The coolant unit is fully integrated into the base plate and the machine bed contains the coolant tank and motor pump. Gear wheels are made of hardened and ground steel and lubrication is provided by the automatic oil pump. Solid cross machine table with 3 T-slots grips the workpiece securely. The quill lock provides support during milling work and when changing tools. The motor protection switch with U-trip, the drilling protection with electrical fuse and the emergency stop button ensure the safety of man and machine. Bright machine light and precise mechanical drilling depth adjustment on the machine body. The drill head is adjusted vertically with a motor drive. In addition, the drill head can be adjusted by 45° in both directions of the centre axis. Features such as the automatic tool ejector, the central switch for right/left rotation and the push button for feed on the handle make the Flott milling machine a high-precision and user-friendly tool.
Drilling capacity 35 mm, milling capacity 55 cm3/min. The longitudinal stroke of the table (X) (manual) is 700 mm and the transverse stroke of the table (Y) (manual) is 360 mm. The drill head height adjustment is motorised: travel 150 mm. Spindle speeds in 16 steps (gearbox): 94-135-189-207-271-303-347-414-497-606-760-995-1112-1520-2225 1/min. Automatic and electromagnetic spindle feed: 0.1-0.18-0.24 mm/rev. RAL special colours on request.
