Eurotec Pressure plate Highload 954178

Product data
Product description
Material
- S355 galvanised structural steel
Advantages
- Ideal for anchoring cross-laminated timber elements (CLT)
- For installation in concrete, wood and steel
Note
- The HighLoad pressure plate may only be used in combination with the HighLoad tension anchor (Art. - No.: 954114).
Instructions for use
To mark the drill hole, the HighLoad tie rod is placed on the panelling in the floor area. After the tie rod has been set aside to drill and clean the hole, the tie rod is glued in using the injection mortar. The tie rod and pressure plate are then positioned by fastening it to the post or wooden element using angle fitting screws or anchor nails. Finally, the nut is screwed onto the tie rod with the appropriate torque. The connection safely transfers tensile, suction and shear forces via the screws into the tie rod and via a dowel into the base plate.
The edge and centre distances in accordance with EC5 as well as the curing time and tightening torque of the concrete tie rod must be observed.
