The production is subject to permanent quality control. In our production we use only high quality materials and adhere strictly to the DIN or european safety standards. The individual components are subjected to permanent quality controls and many of our products need to withstand endurance tests to prove their utilizability before they go into production. We reinvest the biggest part of our profits to develop new products, as well as to optimize already existing product groups. The technical knowhow of our employees is our biggest asset. The service department works according to LEANstandards and uses the FIFO-principles. This means that your service requests will be dealt with quickly. However, should you initially require a replacement unit, we can provide this for you. We regard complaints not as a nuisance but as an opportunity.
