The KL-0583-10 K injector nozzle puller enables the removal of very tight-fitting/ seized injection nozzles to be performed in situ on the vehicle without having to remove the cylinder head. The set also includes all the necessary tools for the cleaning of injector nozzle locating bores and seal seats. The special extraction bridge and the pull spindle allow the user to extract the injector nozzle quickly and easily. (For this purpose, the injection nozzle needs to be opened.) The use of the compressed air adaptor prevents impurities from entering the combustion chamber during the cleaning process. Procedure: Unscrew nozzle head, screw in pull spindle, unscrew valve cover screws (4 screws), mount extraction bridge and screw on shoulder nut. Then, pull out injector nozzle by turning the shoulder nut.
