Glow Plugs / Spark Plugs, PSA KL-1383-20-2 K Upgrade Kit for KL-1383-292 K to form KL-1383-20 K KL-1383-20-2 K Suitable for use on PSA 2.0 16V (110bhp, 135bhp) [DW10] HDI Diesel engines as found in Citroën, Ford, Fiat, Lancia, Peugeot, Suzuki, Volvo etc. The KL-1383-20-2 K upgrade kit is designed to be used with the KL-1383-292 K thread cleaning kit, thus enabling the precise removal and drilling out of damaged glow plugs and re-tapping the original M10x1 thread. It also allows for the repair of damaged M10x1 glow plug retaining threads by drilling up to M12x1. The new glow plug along with a threaded sleeve (M12x1 to M10x1) can then be screwed into the cylinder head. With the aid of the compressed air adaptor included in the set, air can be injected into the combustion chamber so as to prevent dirt and swarf from entering the latter.
