MODULE ASSEMBLY HOSE AND CABLE HARNESSES COMPRESSED AIR DISTRIBUTION RIEGLER plans and manufacturers perfectly fitting, complex hose line systems such as hose harnesses or individual hose lines complete with connection armatures and connectors. These are used, among other things, for supplying technical compressed air applications in mechanical engineering. AREA OF APPLICATION Compressed air supply for various pneumatic cylinders in a drilling and milling center for highprecision plates, including cabling of the associated sensors for checking the cylinder settings. THE RIEGLER SOLUTION Conception, planning and construction of a millimeter-precision, ready-to-install hose and cable harness approx. three meters in length. Consisting of 140 individual hose pieces in six different colors with a total length of more than 180 meters, with hose connectors and additionally integrated sensor cable. Delivery takes place with detailed labelling of the individual hoses using sticky labels. 12 tailored with millimeter precision
