Butt welding workshop machines Scope of application: The ROTHENBERGER butt welding workshop machines can be used to process pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF into T-pieces, bends, angles or Y-pieces. They are available with both manual control and CNC control. In addition to logging the welding parameters, the CNC control also enables consistent, continuously good quality of the welds. Application Benefits: Due to the torsionally rigid design, the welding forces are transmitted safely. The precise control of the welding forces as well as the electronic adjustment of the heating element temperature enable welding according to DVS 2207 or other international standards and guidelines. The compact design of the machines require a minimum space requirement with maximum possibilities for the production of molded parts. 7
