Essential tool for use on the rear axle of VW-Audi, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Particularly recommended for use with our KL-0033-10 E Compact Internal Coil Spring Compressor. Insert the holding-down tool between the upper control arm and the vehicle body. Then, pre-tighten it slightly. The tool is designed to keep the suspension in position while the coil spring is being compressed. This reduces the compression travel and greatly facilitates the removal of the spring.
