DGUV 112-198). This person decides whether the equipment or systems are in perfect condition and whether the discarding requirements prescribed by the employers‘ liability insurance association have been met. The material inspection is based on the principle of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV Grundsatz 312-906) as well as on the respective manufacturer‘s instructions. The test must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer‘s instructions and must be documented.
