SECU® FALZ CABLE SYSTEM ON PITCHED ROOFS METAL STANDING SEAM ROOF CLAMP AS SINGLE ANCHOR POINT Modern architecture places new demands on the maintenance, servicing and care of buildings with industrially manufactured standing seam roofs. In addition to purely functional and aesthetic aspects of the building elements, requirements for safety equipment are becoming increasingly important. As a specialist for systems to protect people from falling, we have addressed this issue and created a cable system for roofs from the manufacturers Kalzip, Bemo Systems (Bemo Interfalz), Aluform and Zambelli. The system is fastened to the seams/flanges of the roof using clamp fasteners approved by the building authorities. The fastening is carried out without penetrating the roof cladding, thus eliminating thermal problems and leakage risks. all system parts and fasteners are made of stainless steel or aluminum and are therefore rustproof. The special running element allows free overflow of intermediate brackets and corner bypasses without having to release the safety catch. The runner element can be fitted and removed at any point in the system. The client must ensure that the forces are transferred to the on-site structures. The system forces to be applied are:To prevent overloading of people and material, a shock-absorbing component is integrated into the system.The system complies with EC Directive 89/686/EEC, has a building authority approval (abZ) Z-14.9-558 and is type-tested in accordance with EN 795:2012 TYPE A.
