Typical applications include: • Sealing • Guiding • Positioning • Transporting • Protecting and shielding • Skirting and plugging of gaps (such as cable feed-throughs) • Wiping and stripping Our standard range includes brushes with nylon (PA6) bristles and galvanised steel mountings. They are available in standard lengths of 3000 mm, as single units or with aluminium retaining rails with an h (180°) or F (90°) profile. The aluminium retaining rails meet the highest of standards as regards optics and stability. Custom lengths, profiles and variants are also available provided they satisfy our minimum order requirements. Brushes with horse hair filament Also available in our standard range are strip brushes with high-grade, pure horse hair filament. Strip brushes from Osborn with horse hair filament represent effective sealing for any kinds of doors, gates and windows on buildings because they provide protection from cold, draughts, insects, dust and noise. A positive side effect is effective saving of energy because the durable, UV-resistant horse hair filament ensures optimal thermal insulation.
