Alternative tool: 80.99603-0121 Designed to unscrew/screw in and re-tighten the pressure nut at the nozzle holder. By tightening the hex lock nut (with retaining thread M14x1.5) on the injector, the socket is prevented from slipping off. For this purpose, screw the 4 support pins with M6x1 mounting thread into the valve cover mounting holes on the cylinder head and place the special pull-off bridge over them afterwards. The spacer nuts included in the scope of delivery enable height compensation of the support pins. By using the appropriate draw spindle, the stuck injector can now be taken out. Note: The injector extractor can also be used for many other common rail diesel engines by using the optionally available support pins, draw spindles and supplementary kits. For example: PSA 2.7 and 3.0 Hdi (DT17, DT20); Fiat Ducato and Iveco 2.3, 2.4 and 3.0 JTD; Mercedes CDI (OM651); Renault, Nissan, Opel/Vauxhall 2.2, 2.5 and 3.0 dci (G9T, G9U and ZD3); Toyota 2.2 (2AD-FHV, 2AD-FTV).
