For this reason, tweezers should always be kept dry or rubbed with oil if stored for longer periods. If a film of rust still shapes on the tweezers or blades, it can be easily removed by lightly sanding the affected area. The dissipative ESD coating provides a bleeder resistance of 106–109 ohms.
