The protective devices (covers, enclosures or insulating sheaths) must be selected and installed in such a way as to eliminate any risk of electrical or mechanical overloading. All our insulated tools are individually tested according to VDE regulations IEC 60900 / EN 60900 and are therefore approved for work under a voltage of AC 1,000 V and DC 1,500 V. UNIT-TESTED SAFETY Voltage test Unit-tested safety, tested with 10,000 V, approved for 1000 V. This means 10-fold safety. Coating thickness measurement Load with 20 N. No breakdown shall occur at 70° C when tested with a voltage of 5000 V AC. Withdrawal force check the adhesion of the PVC coating to 500 N or 50 N after 168 hours of storage at 70° C. 3
