The KL-0186-202 upgrade kit is used in conjuction with the KL-0186-14 K injector nozzle puller set as well as upgrade kit KL-0186-200, thus allowing the removal of very tight-fitting/stuck injectors to be performed in situ on the vehicle without the need for removing the cylinder head. The injector can be extracted in one piece quickly and with ease using the special puller claw and the KL-0583-1032 pull spindle (supplied with KL-0186-200). The injector nozzle needs to be opened for this. Procedure: Screw pull spindle onto injector nozzle, mount special puller claw. Unscrew valve cover screws (4 screws) and replace with special support bolts. Mount extraction bridge and screw on shoulder nut. Extract injector nozzle by turning shoulder nut. KL-0186-202 H Upgrade Kit with Hydraulic Cylinder (17t, short design) for KL-0186-14 K, in conjunction with KL-0186-200. Like the KL-0186-202, however, supplied with: KL-0040-170 A Hydraulic Cylinder,17t (short design), with Shoulder Nut M16x1.5 and Safety Belt and KL-0583-1032 H Pull Spindle, M14x1.5x315mm.
