Ob maschinelle Anlagen, Lagereinrichtungen, Verpackungs- oder Produktionsstraßen – überall wo Menschen ein Hindernis sicher übersteigen müssen, bietet HAILO passende, modulare oder maßgefertigte Überstiege an, entsprechend den Vorgaben der europäischen Norm EN ISO 14122. Mit einem Neigungswinkel von 60° und einer geringen Tritthöhe konzipiert, sind sie ergonomisch optimiert und ermöglichen so dem Anwender einen sicheren und bequemen Auf- und Abstieg. Sonderneigungen werden auf Anfrage ebenfalls angeboten. Für die Sicherheit der Benutzer sorgen darüber hinaus die im Lieferumfang enthaltenen beidseitigen Handläufe bzw. Geländer. Die breiten und rutschsicheren Stufen können als Riffelblechoder Gitterroststufen angeboten werden und sind für eine Begehung durch mehrere Personen ausgelegt. Die Produkte stehen nach Bedarf und Kundenwunsch in den Werkstoffen Aluminium und Stahl feuerverzinkt zur Verfügung (Edelstahl auf Anfrage) und werden projektbezogen konfiguriert, gefertigt und in vormontierten Baugruppen geliefert. Dies vermindert den Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand bei der Endmontage. Eine ausführliche Montageanleitung liegt der Lieferung selbstverständlich bei. Die Stufenbreite beträgt 600 mm, die Plattformlänge 800 mm. Breitere Stufen und längere Plattformen sind auf Anfrage möglich. Ein ortsfester Überstieg muss auf den Bedarf und die örtlichen Gegebenheiten exakt angepasst sein. Wherever personnel need a safe means of crossing over an obstacle – machine installations, warehouse fittings, packing lines and production lines – HAILO can supply the appropriate modular or mass-produced crossover platforms conforming to the requirements of European standard EN ISO 14122. Designed with a clearance angle of 60° and steps with a low riser height, they are ergonomically optimised, thus providing users with a safe and comfortable crossing. Nonstandard clearance angles are also available on request. Moreover, hand rails and guard rails on both sides are also included for user safety. The broad non-slip steps are available in chequer plate or as grating and are designed to take several people at once. The products are available in different materials – aluminium and galvanized steel (plus stainless steel on request) – according to needs and customer requirements and are configured, fabricated and supplied in pre-fitted assemblies based on project requirements. This reduces the amount of time and work required for final installation. The products are of course supplied with detailed installation instructions. The steps are 600 mm wide and the platform 800 mm in length. Broader steps and longer platforms are available on request. A fixed crossover platform must be fitted precisely to requirements and local conditions.
