Made in Austria 1949 - NT4 wooden incline spirit level From a tiny attic to the great wide world. Sometimes, great things really do come in small packages. The first NT4 wooden incline spirit levels were not manufactured in large factories, but rather in the small attic of founder Guido Scheyer’s home. Developed in collaboration with Mr. Sottopietra and Mr. Latzel, this first innovative tool shaped the spirit of the SOLA brand. It was produced in the same way that our measuring tools are manufactured in the main factory in Vorarlberg to this day – with an absolute passion for precision. That has never changed and never will, even as SOLA has grown since 1949. 4
