ZEUS Double acting door hinge Type PTB Assembly Remove tension rivets, engage tabs and tighten. The spindles must align exactly. Wedge the door and tighten the spring with latching bolt. Insert the tension rivets. Assembly tips At strong frequented or heavily used doors a third hinge should be installed in the upper third part of the door. No warranty is covered at overloading or assembly faults! Double acting door hinges should generally be screwed on. These door hinges are not suitable for welding.
