STICHEL GRAVERS D – WICHTIGE HINWEISE E – IMPORTANT NOTES Nachschärfen unserer Stichel: Bitte schärfen Sie unsere Stichel mit einer Edelkorundscheibe (Härte H-M, Korn 50-80, je nach der gewünschten Feinheit des Schliffes) mit viel Wasser. Vorsicht: Zu starker Anpressdruck führt zu Härteabfall! Re-sharpening our gravers: Please sharpen our gravers with a fine corundum disk (hardness H-M, grain 50-80, depending on the desired fineness of the sharpening) with plenty of water. Caution: Excessive contact pressure results in a reduction in hardness! Härten unserer Stichel: Unsere Stichel aus Werkzeugstahl (mit Wolfram-, Chrom- und Vanadium- Zusatz) und aus Hochleistungs-Schnellstahl sind gebrauchsfertig gehärtet und entspannt bzw. angelassen. Durch den vielseitigen Verwendungszweck müssen Stichel oft verschieden hart und zäh sein. Wir empfehlen die Stichel nach Bedarf selbst anzulassen, je nach Eigenart des Werkstoffes und der Arbeitsweise. Bei WS-Sticheln haben sich folgende Anlassfarben und Härtegrade für die Bearbeitung der verschiedenen Werkstoffe als zweckmäßig erwiesen: Hardening our gravers: Our gravers are made of tool steel (with added tungsten, chrome and vanadium) and high-performance high-speed steel and are ready-to-use hardened and annealed or tempered. Due to the multi-purpose application, gravers often have to be differently hard and tough. We recommend tempering the gravers as required, depending on the nature of the material and the work method. Die Zähigkeit dieser Stichel kann ohne Beeinträchtigung der Härte nur druch ein nachträgliches Anlassen bei 320-350 ºC gesteigert werden.
