IBS-Special Cleaner 100 Plus Can be used to achieve the best economy and safety even when hot degreasing heavily contaminated parts. Application-specific with temporary corrosion protection properties (the cleaned workpieces can be stored for several days). Applications: Service and maintenance departments in industry and manufacturing. Special features: ∙ Slow evaporation even when applied to a hot workpiece, allowing thorough penetration of the contaminated surfaces — evaporation number VZ > 3900 (ether = 1) ∙ No metal corrosion, with temporary corrosion protection ∙ Odour — extremely mild odour even when exposed to heat ∙ High operational safety — at 80 °C operating temperature, the lower explosion limit is significantly undercut with approx. 0.03 vol. %. ∙ Not electrically conductive — dielectric strength > 70 kV/cm, up to 200 kV/cm when dry ∙ Not classed as a hazard under VbF (Ordinance on Flammable Liquids) ∙ Does not fall under the VOC Solvents Directive IBS-Special Cleaner Securol Ideal for applications where the cleaned workpieces do not undergo further processing (such as painting or gluing), e.g. in industrial maintenance and repair departments and general repair shops. Removes even tough, stubborn and resinous oil and grease contamination, also removes tar. Applications: Maintenance and servicing departments in industry, as well as general repair workshops, road maintenance shops, the construction industry, steel industry and product preservation industry.
