Parts washer unit proceedure — the IBS-circulation principle The parts washer unit: how it works. By actuating the foot switch, the special IBS-Self-priming Pump conveys the cleaning agent from the drum to the cleaning brush through a hose. During the manual cleaning process clean liquid continuously flows in and dirty liquid is returned back to the drum. The heavy dirt deposits then settle to the bottom of the drum. The fresh special cleaner is continually drawn from the centre of the drum. This ensures that the IBS-Special Cleaner has a long useful life. When required the cleaner can be exchanged by simply changing the drum. The IBS-Circulation Principle: I am the heart of the circulation system! 1.
