The knife cleaning is easy. MDP safety knives use a shade of blue that rarely occurs in nature, which facilitates visual inspections in production processes. MARTOR‘s MDP safety knives meet the requirements of the framework regulation EC 1935 / 2004 and EU 10 / 2011 and are therefore compatible with direct food contact.
